Graphic abstract Silver nanowires (AgNWs), as one-dimensional nanometallic materials, have attracted wide attention due to the excellent electrical conductivity, transparency and flexibility, especially in flexible and stretchable electronics. However, the microscopic discontinuities require AgNWs be attached to some carrier for practical applications. Relative to the preparation method, how to integrate AgNWs into the flexible matrix is particularly important. In recent years, plenty of papers have been published on the preparation of conductors based on AgNWs, including printing techniques, coating techniques, vacuum filtration techniques, template-assisted assembly techniques, electrospinning techniques and gelating techniques. The aim of this review is to discuss different assembly method of AgNW-based conducting film and their advantages. Conducting films based on silver nanowires (AgNWs) have been reviewed with a focus on their assembly and their advantages.

In the present time, organic light-emitting diode (OLED) is a very promising participant over light-emitting diodes (LEDs), liquid crystal display (LCD), and also another solid-state lighting device due to its low cost, ease of fabrication, brightness, speed, wide viewing angle, low power consumption, and high contrast ratio. The most prominent layer of OLED is the emissive layer because the device emission color, contrast ratio, and external efficiency depend of this layer's materials. This review ruminates on the basics of OLEDs, different light emission mechanisms, OLEDs achievements, and different types of challenges revealed in the field of OLEDs. This review's primary intention is to broadly discuss the synthesizing methods, physicochemical properties of conducting polymer polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), and its polymeric nanocompositebased emissive layer materials for OLEDs application. It also discusses the most extensively used OLED fabrication techniques. PMMA-based polymeric nanocomposites revealed good transparency properties, good thermal stability, and high electrical conductivity, making suitable materials as an emissive layer for OLED applications.

The importance of this research is to study the effect of changing the temperature at the same time on each of the prepared samples and during the gas sensing processes, the effects of substrate temperature T s were investigated after precipitation by the microstructural and optical characteristics of cadmium sulfide using thermal spraying method with different temperatures of (300, 400, and 500) °C. The structural investigations of these films were studied, showing that the increases in substrate temperature were shown cubic and hexagonal phases according to ICDD card no. (21-0929) and (43-0989). The dramatic change occurred at 500 °C in changing the phase from hexagonal to a cubic structure. XRD exhibits a dominant plane at (200) for different substrate temperatures. Optical transmittance, absorption coefficient, and energy gap values were calculated by UV/VIS spectrophotometer. These results showed that the band gap values decreased with increasing substrate temperature. The gas sensitivity was tested for NO 2 gas at several working temperatures from 175 °C to 250 °C, and various gas concentrations from 150 ppm to 200 ppm and found that the sensitivity increase with increasing both the operating temperature and gas concentration for a T s at 500 °C which offer also the best crystallization the best sensitivity at an operating temperature of 175 °C is 75% at a gas concentration of 150 ppm.
