PhieABEs: a PAM‐less/free high‐efficiency adenine base editor toolbox with wide target scope in plants

Abstract: Summary Adenine base editors (ABEs), which are generally engineered adenosine deaminases and Cas variants, introduce site‐specific A‐to‐G mutations for agronomic trait improvement.
