Abstract: PHASE CHANGES ON 4H AND 6H SIC AT HIGH TEMPERATURE OXIDATION.The oxidation on two silicon carbide contain 6H phase and contains 6H and 4H phases has been done. Silicon carbide is ceramic non-oxide with excellent properties that potentially used in industry.
