Performance measurement of a dairy supply chain: A balance scorecard perspective

Abstract: This article presents a case of the Indian dairy supply chain and demonstrates how balance score card (BSC) may be used to measure its performance. There are few studies which use BSC in performance measurement of a food supply chain and no one has used it in the context of the dairy supply chain.
