Abstract: SummaryCinchona ledgeriana (Ledger) and C. succirubra (Succi) were industrial commodities which their barks of the trunk  contain alkaloid   used as raw materials in pharmaceutical, food, drug and beverages and chemical industries. The problem  faced in conventional plant propagation are. incompatibilities, high numbers of death caused by transportation, limited numbers and time consume in  plant materials  production.
