Bibijlan waterfall is a destination that has the potential to be developed as an adventure tourism area. The development of tourism cannot be separated from the role of stakeholders. This study analyzes the current and potential stakeholders involved in developing adventure tourism in Curug Bibijilan and examines the expected involvement based on stakeholder analysis. The research was carried out using interviews, field observations, and literature studies. The analysis was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively. Stakeholder analysis is carried out to identify stakeholders, classify and map stakeholders, and analyze relationships between stakeholders. The results showed that ten identified stakeholders have been involved and have not been involved in developing adventure tourism in Curug Bibijilan. The stakeholders in the key player's (strong influence and high importance) group were Perhutani, Kompepar, and BAT. The stakeholders in the contex setter (Quadrants III - strong influence but low interest) was Kertaangsana Village. There were no identified stakeholders in quadrants II as the subject of the natural tourism development of Curug Bibijalan. Stakeholders identified in quadrant IV (crowds - low influence and low interest) include LMDH, the Tourism Office, the Transportation Service, the Water Service, and the Energy and Mineral Resources Office. There were three relationships between each identified stakeholder, namely communication, cooperation, and coordination. Key words: coordination, communication, natural tourism, stakeholder mapping

Aek Nauli Special Purpose Forest (KHDTK) that is located around Lake Toba is currently being developed to conserve Sumatran elephants through ecotourism. This study aimed to examine stakeholders' perception on the development of elephant ecotourism, analyze the correlation of respondents' socioeconomic characteristic toward perception, and recommend the development of Elephant Conservation Center at KHDTK Aek Nauli. The study was conducted by using quantitative deductive approach through survey data collection method. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis and Spearman's rank correlation. Overall, the results showed that stakeholders gave a high perception on the development of the Elephant Centre (2.44 out of a maximum score of 3.00) with the highest perception as follows: tourism, education, economics, and conservation aspects respectively. The entrepreneurs group gave the highest perception since the elephant conservation center potentially to attract tourist to visit Lake Toba, on the other hand, communities and visitors gave the lower perceptions because the area is still new and community involvement is still limited. Spearman rank analysis between respondents' socioeconomic characteristic and level of perception showed that education and income levels influenced the perception with a moderate coefficient. However, for the level of age, the coefficient was very low. This research is important to increase the synergy and participation of stakeholders to the project.

The potentiality of water resources owned by Bantimurung Bulusaraung National Park (Babul NP) is abundant and has been utilized by the community around the area. The concept of payment for environmental services is very possible to be applied to Babul NP in an effort to preserve water resources. Therefore, stakeholders in the utilization of water environmental services in Babul National Park need to be identified. This study aims to map the stakeholders in the utilization of water environmental services in the Babul NP area, as well as the parties who need to be involved if the concept of payment for environmental services to be applied to the management of water environmental services in Babul NP. Data collection was carried out through direct observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires filling by key informants, and focused group discussions. Data were analyzed by using stakeholders analysis. The results showed that stakeholders who could be directly involved in the utilization of water environmental services related to the payment for environmental services are among others the community around the area, industry, the Regional Water Company (PDAM), Babul NP, and the villages. The selection of the proper stakeholders will greatly affect the successful implementation of the payment for water environmental services concept in Babul NP. ABSTRAKPotensi sumberdaya air yang dimiliki Taman Nasional Bantimurung Bulusaraung (TN Babul) melimpah dan telah dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat sekitar kawasan. Konsep pembayaran jasa lingkungan sangat memungkinkan untuk diterapkan di TN Babul dalam upaya menjaga kelestarian sumberdaya air. Untuk itu, stakeholder yang terlibat dalam pemanfaatan jasa lingkungan air di TN Babul perlu diidentifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan stakeholder yang terlibat dalam pemanfaatan jasa lingkungan air di kawasan TN Babul serta stakeholder yang perlu dilibatkan jika konsep pembayaran jasa lingkungan akan diterapkan dalam pengelolaan jasa lingkungan air di TN Babul. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan langsung, wawancara mendalam, pengisian kuesioner oleh informan kunci, dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan analisis stakeholder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stakeholder yang dapat dilibatkan secara langsung dalam pemanfaatan jasa lingkungan air terkait dengan kegiatan pembayaran jasa lingkungan di lokasi kajian adalah masyarakat sekitar kawasan, industri, Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM), TN Babul, dan pemerintah desa. Pemilihan stakeholder yang tepat akan sangat menentukan tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan konsep pembayaran jasa lingkungan air di TN Babul.Kata kunci: Analisis stakeholder; pemetaan stakeholder; imbal jasa lingkungan air; TN Babul.
