Peran Perencanaan Pembelajaran Dalam Meningkatkan Profesionalitas Guru

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran perencanaan pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru, kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam melakukan perencanaan pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. “…There are several things that are taken into consideration in compiling modules as lesson plans, which include the depth of the material, the needs of students, the motivation of students, the facilities of students, the media used in learning activities, and the interests that are embedded in students.
