This study introduces a novel approach by utilizing distinct thematic worksheets with a scientific framework to actively engage 5-6-year-old children in critical thinking through the scientific process. The worksheets appreciate cognitive development, analytical skills, and higher-order thinking. This innovative method encourages active participation and the development of cognitive and analytical abilities in children. The research focuses on the development of scientific-based thematic worksheets to enhance the cognitive and language abilities of 5-6-year-old children in PAUD, specifically at the Soleh Children Education Park (TAPAS) in Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 21 children as research participants. The development process followed the Research and Development (R&D) framework, comprising 10 stages. Data collection included the validation of the worksheets by subject matter and media experts to assess their feasibility. The findings highlight the effectiveness of the scientific-based thematic worksheets, as demonstrated by significant improvements in the cognitive and language abilities of the 5-6-year-old students at TAPAS. Overall, this study contributes to early childhood education by introducing an innovative educational resource that enhances critical thinking skills and promotes deeper understanding among young learners.

The aim of this research is to develope are cooperative model-based learning tools of TPS type with Quizizz learning media on global warming materials for high school XI students. The materials are consisting of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), Student Worksheet (LKPD), and Learning Outcome Test. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with 4D model design. The research instruments used are rpp validation assessment sheets, LKPD, and Learning Results Tests used by validators to assess learning devices. The data analysis in this study uses descriptive analysis, by calculating the validity score of each learning device indicator. Based on the results of the analysis of validity data, the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) gets an average score of 3.07 (high), the Student Worksheet (LKPD) gets an average score of 3.16 (high) and the Learning Results Test gets an average score of 3.13 (high). Thus, tps-type cooperative model-based learning devices with Quizizz learning media are declared valid and feasible for use in global warming materials in grade XI SMA.

Biology learning at SMAS Taman Siswa Sukadamai has not used worksheets as teaching materials, teachers only use textbooks in the learning process so that the teachercentered biology learning process becomes uninteresting and monotonous. This study aims to produce ctl-based worksheets on ecosystem material. The model used in this study is the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. This research data collection technique through interviews, observation, questionnaires and tests. The research results based on the assessment of material experts obtained a score of 88% and media experts by 92% with the category very suitable for use in learning. The teacher and student assessment responses during the try-out obtained a score of 90% for teachers and 83.37% for students in the very practical category for use in learning. The results of applying the CTL-based LKPD on ecosystem material to student learning outcomes obtained quite effective results with an n-gain value of 0.67 in the quite effective category. It can be interpreted that CTL-based worksheets on ecosystem material are very feasible and can be used in the learning process.
