Pengaruh Teknik Relaksasi Otot Progresif Terhadap Kecemasan Pada Pasien Pre Operasi

Abstract: <p>Pada fase pre operasi, klien mengalami berbagai  stresor yang dapat menyebabkan kecemasan. Kecemasan dapat memberikan efek yang dapat mempengaruhi fungsi fisiologis tubuh yang menyebabkan penundaan operasi dan terhambatnya penyembuhan penyakit pada klien. Penatalaksanaan kecemasan salah satunya dengan relaksasi otot progresif.
