Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Pamulang

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. “…Penelitian lain yang dilakukan Hanisah (2015) dari Universitas Negeri Semarang melakukan penelitian yang berjudul "Pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Se-Kecamatan Karanganyar Kabupaten Purbalingga". Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,150 (15%), hal ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh supervisi kepala sekolah.\ Hasil penelitian ini konsisten dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Indra Prasetyo dan C.
