This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy, teaching practices, and information of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) teacher to interest of becoming a teacher in student of education. This research is a quantitative method with a correlational design. The research sample was students who had participated in the teaching pratices (PLP 2) or Kampus Mengajar (Teaching Campus) Program. They were 120 from PPKn Study Program, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The study results proved that the self-efficacy has a positive and significant (sig. 0,010 < 0,05) effect on interest in becoming a teacher with value of t-count (2.615) > t-table (1.980) and the effect is 13,4%. The teaching practice has a positive and significant (sig. 0,009 < 0,05) effect on interest in becoming a teacher with value of t-count (2.675) > t-table (1.980) and the effect is 28,1%. The information of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) teacher has a positive and significant (sig. 0,000 < 0,05) effect on interest in becoming a teacher with a significance value of t-count (5.924) > t-table (1.980) and the effect is 36,9%. Simultaneously, the self-efficacy, teaching practice, and information of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) teacher has a positive and significant (sig. 0,000 < 0,05) effect on interest in becoming a teacher with value of F-count (34.95) > F-table (2.68). The contribution is 46.1% while the remaining 53.9% is influenced by other factors not examined.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the interest of Economic Education FEB UNM students to become teachers and Field Experience Practice (PPL) on teaching readiness as teachers. Quantitative approaches such as observation, questionnaires, and documentation are used in this study. 44 participants were selected for the study, and their responses were evaluated using multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that partially interest in becoming a teacher had no effect on readiness to become a teacher. While the practice of field experience (PPL) partially has a positive and significant influence on readiness to become a teacher. Simultaneously interest in becoming a teacher (X1) and field introduction practice (X2) economic education students FEB UNM have a positive and significant influence on the teaching readiness of prospective teachers.Keywords: Interest in becoming a teacher, Field Experience Practice, Teaching ReadinessABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara minat mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FEB UNM menjadi guru dan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) terhadap kesiapan mengajar sebagai guru. This paper aims to analyze the learning achievement of internships for preservice teachers who carry out the School Field Program (SFP), especially for economics and business students. Regulations on SFP established six learning objectives to build the foundation of the teacher's professional identity, including 1) concerning the characteristics of students; 2) concerning the structure and governance in schools; 3) concerning the rules and regulations in the school; 4) identify ceremonial-formal activities in schools; 5) identify routine activities, such as intraco-extracurricular activities at school; and 6) describe positive practice activities in schools [1]. Respondents (N = 196) involved preservice teachers in Accounting (n = 53), Business (n = 46), Economics (n = 52), and Office Administration (n = 45) from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan -Indonesia. A descriptive study was applied to explore the learning achievement of the internship. Data collection was carried out for two weeks before the end of the internship using a questionnaire via google. The findings show that preservice teachers in Office Administration have the lowest average learning achievement compared to other fields. Furthermore, the habituation of positive activities at school is the most dominant in learning achievement, and intra-co-extracurricular activities are the learning achievement that has the lowest impact on them. The limitations of internship activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic have an impact that slows the learning achievement for internships. The online mode dominates internship activities so that activities that should be carried out in practice are not optimally implemented. Scholars and practitioners on campuses and schools can dig deeper into the challenges and opportunities of a post-pandemic hybrid internship program as a strategic solution to improve the competence and skills of preservice teachers.
