Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perkembangan harga jual karet terhadap motivasi kerja petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada para petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan dengan menggunakan metode total sampling sebagai sampel yaitu 96 petani karet. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik untuk menganalisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil data yang juga dilakukan dengan program SPSS versi 18.00 for Windows dan diperoleh hasil Y =.6.967 + 0.445X. Selanjutnya nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,458 (45,8%). Ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh persepsi petani tentang harga jual karet terhadap motivasi kerja petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan sebesar 45,8% dan sisanya 54,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk model regresi linear seperti cuaca, fisik petani, dan penyakit tanaman. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis (uji t) diperoleh t = 8,908. Oleh karena itu hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh harga jual karet terhadap motivasi kerja petani karet di Kecamatan Kotapinang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan dapat diterima karena thitung (8,908) > ttabel (1,985). This paper aims to analyze the learning achievement of internships for preservice teachers who carry out the School Field Program (SFP), especially for economics and business students. Regulations on SFP established six learning objectives to build the foundation of the teacher's professional identity, including 1) concerning the characteristics of students; 2) concerning the structure and governance in schools; 3) concerning the rules and regulations in the school; 4) identify ceremonial-formal activities in schools; 5) identify routine activities, such as intraco-extracurricular activities at school; and 6) describe positive practice activities in schools [1]. Respondents (N = 196) involved preservice teachers in Accounting (n = 53), Business (n = 46), Economics (n = 52), and Office Administration (n = 45) from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan -Indonesia. A descriptive study was applied to explore the learning achievement of the internship. Data collection was carried out for two weeks before the end of the internship using a questionnaire via google. The findings show that preservice teachers in Office Administration have the lowest average learning achievement compared to other fields. Furthermore, the habituation of positive activities at school is the most dominant in learning achievement, and intra-co-extracurricular activities are the learning achievement that has the lowest impact on them. The limitations of internship activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic have an impact that slows the learning achievement for internships. The online mode dominates internship activities so that activities that should be carried out in practice are not optimally implemented. Scholars and practitioners on campuses and schools can dig deeper into the challenges and opportunities of a post-pandemic hybrid internship program as a strategic solution to improve the competence and skills of preservice teachers.
This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the ethnic Chinese community to save at Islamic banks in North Sumatra. The factors of service quality, promotion, and profit-sharing ratio are the chosen factors to determine the factors of the ethnic Chinese community-saving at Islamic banks. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to Chinese customers in North Sumatra, while secondary data was obtained through literature studies, the internet, banks, and other media. The research sample was 261 respondents. The method of analysis used is a descriptive qualitative analysis using the SPSS version 22.0 program. The study results and discussion show that the factors of service quality, promotion, and profit-sharing ratio have been assessed as useful and attractive to respondents. Thus it can be concluded that these factors affect the Chinese community of North Sumatra to save in Islamic banks.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data promosi jabatan, motivasi kerja karyawan, dan kinerja karyawan. Jumlah populasi dalam sampel ini adalah karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sumut sebanyak 173 orang, dan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 173 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh Promosi Jabatan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan, terdapat pengaruh Promosi Jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
