“…The lowest gap from the results of this study was obtained from interesting learning process items because the coach is creative in enlivening the learning atmosphere, from these results it can be It is known that the seller's ability to utilize e-learning greatly influences learning satisfaction. This statement supports the results of research conducted which examined the availability of ICT devices, the ability of lecturers to utilize e-learning, and the ease of access to e-learning with the Computer Security course in the Study Program Informatics Engineering, Faculty of Computer Science, Lancang Kuning University (Taslim et al, 2017). The results of this study are in line with e-learning research such as that conducted by previous study (Basith & Triani, 2020;She et al, 2021;Soegoto et al, 2022).…”
The e-learning learning method has long been known in distance learning and is increasingly being used during a pandemic, especially during an endemic period like today. Students who are accustomed conducted face-to-face learning as a cause of low learning outcomes. Several studies using multiple linear regression analysis have concluded that the level of student satisfaction with the e-learning learning model has an effect on learning outcomes. Additional analytical methods are needed to measure the quality of e-learning services and at the same time be able to make priority scales for handling them. The purpose of this study was to analyze the partial and simultaneous effect of service equal on student satisfaction in the e-learning method, measure the level of student satisfaction and make a priority scale for handling it. The subjects were 100 students who took MSDM courses. The research method used observation, literature studies related to service quality regarding e-learning quality. Data analysis was done by calculating the difference between the average values of reality and expectations for each service quality attribute. The result found that (1) partially the reliability variable is the variable that has the most influence, while the assurance variable is the variable that has the least effect on student satisfaction, (2) the tangible variable has no effect on satisfaction, and (3) the attributes that are the priority improvement is the attribute of the timeliness of teaching and the teacher providing explanations (guidelines) on the learning materials and the use of the e-learning platform.

“…From the results of the analysis, why does Western Indonesia can use some e-learning according to their needs this is because, in the western part of Indonesia, it is enough to have a good or stable internet connection from Central and Eastern Indonesia. This internet connection greatly affects the use of e-learning (Taslim et al, 2017). In contrast to other parts of Indonesia, which are still less stable in internet connections.…”

Problems that often occur when online learning are, the material delivered by lecturers isn’t optimally taught due to lack of use good learning media. This study aims to find the effective use of online learning platforms in higher education. The research uses a qualitative approach, which aims to analyze, investigate and assess the effectiveness of online learning using e-learning in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, this study also compares which e-learning is easy to use, which has full-featured e-learning and which is economical. The subjects in this study were students enrolled in various universities in Indonesia with a total of 136 students. The method of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires via google forms to students. In this study, two analysis were used: descriptive analysis, and qualitative response analysis. The indicators used to see the effectiveness of e-learning are widely used, easy to use, full-featured, and economical. The most widely used e-learning in Indonesia are WhatsApp Group, Google Classroom, Ms. Teams, Schoology, Edmodo, and Moodle. From the results of the analysis it was found that the most effective e-learning used during a pandemic was Moodle. Because Moodle has complete and interesting features compared to other e-learning.
“…Selain dari tingkat capaian kompetensi dari peserta yang sangat beragam, sehingga masing-masing peserta dapat berbeda kebutuhan untuk pengayaan materi. Untuk itu diperlukan sebuah sistem pelatihan yang dapat diikuti oleh peserta yang dapat mengatasi masalah tempat, keberagaman kompetensi dan waktu pembelajaran, salah satu solusinya adalah dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi daring yang akan memudahkan peserta dalam belajar [5].…”
The success of the digital digitization process is influenced by various factors, including the competence of national human resources in the digital field. Learning or training activities to increase competency as a preparation for potential competency test participants, cannot be included in a formal learning activity, because in a training, participants come from various diverse backgrounds, will have various obstacles and problems in participating in formal learning or training. Development of an online training system framework that can be used to improve the competence of prospective workers or competency test participants at a training institution or institution where competency tests are held, especially in the field of computer science. The framework structure developed includes: a) Determination of competency unit achievements in accordance with the competency test scheme to be followed, b) Online presentation of material divided into competency units, c) Initial self-assessment, d) Online independent learning, e) Discussion and f) Final independent assessment. In addition to developing the framework, an online training application was also developed as a tool in the implementation of the developed training system framework. The practicality test results for using the application for 33 respondents were an average percentage of 91%. The effectiveness value obtained after carrying out the initial independent assessment for 18 experimental class participants was: 48% competent, and became 94% in the final assessment
