The aim of this study was to explore the role of teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) as motivator in political education. The research was conducted at State of Senior High School 1 (SMAN 1) and State of Senior of High School 10 (SMAN 10) at Padang City. This research had employed a qualitative research with comparative studies. The data were analyzed using data analysis techniques, data presentation, and concluding. The validity of the data was tested by source triangulation. The result showed that the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education not only educating the character of the nation's generation but emphasize the role of Teachers’ Pancasila and Civic Education as motivators in political education. Where the teacher as a motivator plays a role to give encouragement, enthusiasm, and intelligence to students in understanding political education. This study raises the problem of low student learning outcomes in physics subjects, the lack of student activity, and enthusiasm during learning. This Study aims to determine the effect of the Course Review Horay on physics learning outcomes. The population of this study were all students of class XI IPA MAN 4 Aceh Besar consisting of two classes. Sampling was taken using a total sampling technique with 32 students as the experimental class and 36 students as the control class. Data collection was carried out using test instruments, namely pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique uses the N-Gain test to see the difference in the increase in student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class, then the data is analyzed using the t test to see the effect of the course review horay type cooperative learning model on the physics learning outcomes of MAN 4 Aceh Besar students. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the N-Gain for the experimental class was 0.78, which was included in the high gain index category, while the N-Gain for the control class was 0.69, which was included in the medium gain index category. The results of data analysis using the t-test show that tcount 2.292 > ttable 1.668. Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the cooperative learning model type course review horay on the physics learning outcomes of MAN 4 Aceh Besar students (tcount > ttable).

This study aims to identify, find out how influential the CRH learning model is based on students' critical thinking skills. This research is a quasi-experimental research using pre-test and post test control group design. With 40 students from grade V SD Negeri 107406 Cinta Rakyat who became the study population using two different classrooms as experimental classes and control classes, each class consisting of 20 students. Using the technique the total sample from this study was taken, and used on all populations as its sample. This research tool uses a research test consisting of 20 essay questions. The data collected was obtained through student learning outcomes from before and after the test. In addition, the data was also analyzed using Normality test analysis, Homogeneity test, and continued with T-test samples. Then obtained with a significant value of 0.011 > 0.05 which has a difference of about 9.5 which means accepting H0 and rejecting Ha, from these results researchers concluded that using the CRH method can affect students' critical thinking.
