Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Konflik Peran Terhadap Intensi Turnover Pada Karyawan Bank Di Denpasar

Abstract: Intensi turnover adalah keinginan dan pemikiran karyawan untuk menarik diri dari perusahaan secara sukarela dengan tujuan untuk mencari alternatif pekerjaan lain dan belum terwujud dalam bentuk perilaku nyata. Faktor yang dapat memengaruhi intensi turnover karyawan adalah kepuasan kerja dan konflik peran.
