Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Sosial di Kabupaten Pangkep. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis Regresi Berganda. Data penelitian diperoleh dari pegawai Kantor Dinas Sosial di Kabupaten Pangkep.
