Retail business in Indonesia become an informal industry sector is high developing. From this phenomenon, some retailers in Indonesia try to package the products they sell with their own packaging and brands or private labels. The development of sales of private label products at Alfamidi Stores is still unsatisfactory and tends to stagnate. This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and brand loyalty on repurchase intentions and purchasing decisions. The design of this study is explanatory. The sampling technique in this study is on consumers who bought or consumed private label products in Alfamidi branches in Tangerang and filled out the questionnaire using the accidental sampling method but still fulfilled the specified criteria. The sampling technique is Quota Sampling with the amount determined by the researcher. Using Quota sampling, we get a sample of 100 customers. The method is Quantitative analysis with SEM analysis tools and Smart PLS tools.
This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of brand awareness on the purchase Intention of the customer CS Finance Tangerang area 2) the influence of brand awareness on perceived quality in customers CS Finance Tangerang area and 3) the influence of perceived quality on purchase decisition on CS Finance Tangerang area customers. This study uses a conclusive research design that is research designed to help decision making in determining, evaluating and choosing the best alternatives in solving research problems. The type of research that the author uses in the design of conclusive research is a type of descriptive research that is research that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables with the specification of a single cross-sectional design research technique in which data collection activities are carried out from one respondent for a particular moment. This research was analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Lisrel, a statistical modeling technique that is very cross-sectional, linear and general. Included in the Lisrel SEM is factor analysis, path analysis and regression. The study was conducted from February to August 2018. Respondents were 200 samples at CS Finance Tangerang area customers. The results of the study are: 1) the positive and significant influence of brand awareness on purchase intention on CS Finance Tangerang area customers 2) the positive and significant influence of brand awareness on perceived quality in consumers of CS Finance Tangerang area and 3) the influence positive and significant perceived quality of purchase intention in CS Finance Tangerang area consumers.
KPPU's Secretariat needs employees with high engagement rate to support it's duties and tasks. Employee with high engagement rate will try contribute positively to organizational performance. Employee Engagement can be affected by variables in the employee's workplace. This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation and Job Insecurity on the Employee Engagement. Data that use in this research is primary data and secondary data. Sampling method used was convenient sampling. From a population of 329 employees of KPPU's Secretariat, 80 employees was picked to be respondent. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. Results showed Compensation partially has not significant effect to the Employee Engagement, while Job Insecurity partially has significant effect to the Employee Engagement. On the other hand, Compensation and Job Insecurity simultaneously are having significant effect to the Employee Engagement.

The results of the study are: 1) the influence of transformational leadership on work motivation of PT Meritindo Sejahtera Jakarta employees. 2) the insignificant influence of work stress on work motivation on employees of PT Meritindo Sejahtera Jakarta. 3) the influence of transformational leadership onperformance service on PT Meritindo Sejahtera employees 4) the influence of work stress onperformance service employeeon PT Meritindo Sejahtera Jakarta employees. 5) the influence of motivation onperformance service on PT Meritindo Sejahtera employees.
Pembangunan infrastruktur bandar udara dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan pada masyarakat pengguna transportasi udara. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan infrastruktur Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta dalam meningkatkan pelayanan penumpang di bandara berdasarkan faktor internal dan faktor eksternal bandar udara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode analisis data yaitu analisis SWOT, IFAS, EFAS dan Matrix SWOT. Tehnik pengumpulan data secara kuesioner dalam mengkaji faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan eksternal (peluang dan ancaman). Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta dengan total nilai rata-rata tertimbang 2,885 pada matrix IFAS menunjukkan strategi perusahaan dalam memanfaatkan kekuatan dan meminimalkan kelemahan berada di atas rata-rata dan kondisi internal perusahaan cenderung kuat. Sedangkan nilai faktor eksternal Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta di atas rata-rata 2,5, Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta harus tetap berupaya maksimal untuk memanfaatkan peluang eksternal dan menghindari ancaman yang dapat mempengaruhi perusahaan. Terdapat empat alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng yaitu SO, WO, ST, WT sehubungan dengan pengembangan infrastruktur dalam meningkatkan pelayanan penumpang di Bandara Internasional Soekarno Hatta Cengkareng.
