This study seeks to learn about: (1) Innovative work ethic attitudes, (2) Interpersonal interactions about work ethics, (3) A creative approach to job satisfaction (4) Personal interactions that contribute to job satisfaction. 5) The impact of a creative mindset, effective interpersonal communication, a strong work ethic, and job happiness on teachers' effectiveness. Using quantitative methods, a survey approach, a population of 584 teachers, a sample of 237 teachers, a proportional random sampling technique based on the provisions of the model by Slovin, a questionnaire data collection technique called the "Likert scale," and plans for path analysis data processing, this research was carried out at public junior high schools in Lhokseumawe. The direct effect of innovation on work ethic is 0.048; the direct influence of interpersonal communication on work ethic is 0.05; the immediate impact of innovation on job satisfaction is 0.019; the direct impact of interpersonal communication on job satisfaction is 0.04; the direct effect of innovation on teacher performance is 0.22; the direct influence of interpersonal communication on performance is 0.04; these are just a few of the research findings. Concurrent research findings A total of 0.53 of the characteristics that directly affect teacher performance are innovative attitude, interpersonal communication, work ethic, and job satisfaction; the remaining 0.47 is affected by other factors.

The online learning era found significant momentum when the coronavirus was spreading globally. Innovation, creativity and online learning tools increased significantly and rapidly. All levels of education, from early childhood to university, were racing to provide online learning. This context made the satisfaction dimension of necessity that must be realized by schools/educational institutions. Measurement of satisfaction in learning services was related to five dimensions including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible. This study aimed to look at the level of satisfaction and the factors that contribute to satisfaction of online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative approach with a survey research type based on quantitative descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the average level of satisfaction reached 75%. While, the contributing factors were methods and strategies, and also the discipline and feedback attitudes of the teachers.

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic on teacher performance. This type of research uses quantitative research with a path analysis approach with a population of 281 State MI teachers in Medan City. Sampling was carried out by Proportional Random Sampling with a total sample of 164 and data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The questionnaire used was first tested to obtain a valid and reliable instrument. Prior to testing the instrument, a requirements analysis test was carried out as a path analysis requirement, namely the normality test and linearity test. The results of the research findings are that there is a positive direct effect between work ethic on teacher performance.
