Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Dan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional

Abstract: Komitmen organisasional adalah suatu keadaan dimana seorang pegawai memihak organisasi tertentu serta tujuan dan keinginan untuk mempertahankan keanggotaan dalam organisasi.
