Abstract: This research aims to determine the extent which the effectiveness of the addition of turmeric powder (Curcuma Roxb xhantorriza) and a ginger and white (Curcuma zedoria Rosc) in commercial rations on carcass percentage, amdominal fat, and the percentage ol liver in bloiler.
