Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas mekanisme pemilihan kepala daerah di Indonesia, dengan melakukan perbandingan sistem pemilihan kepala daerah di sejumlah negara, antara lain: Amerika Serikat, Belanda, dan India.
