Abstrak: Kelompok Tani Code Hijau Asri sebagai salah satu kelompok tani di kota Yogyakarta memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengolahan hasil urban farming. Hasil urban farming mereka, Bayam Brazil dan ikan Lele namun mereka belum memiliki kapasitas dalam pengolahannya termasuk untuk menjadikan ide jualan yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian untuk peningkatan kapasitas ketrampilan memproduksi dan pengemasan hasil olahan Ikan Lele dan Bayam kelompok tani Code Hijau Asri. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan pengolahan hasil urban farming berupa Bayam Brazil dan ikan Lele serta pengemasan produk (packaging) dan branding. Metode kegiatan adalah pelatihan dan praktik pengolahan Bayam Brazil dan Lele serta ketrampilan packaging dan branding. Kelompok tani “Code Hijau Asri” yang beranggotakan 36 orang menjadi mitra kegiatan pengabdian. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan kepuaasan 100% dari para peserta puas terhadap penyampaian materi dan praktek. Dari sisi ketertarikan peserta untuk mengembangkan ketrampilan olahan bahan Bayam Brazil dan Ikan Lele menjadi usaha kuliner ada 75%. Dari hasil kegiatan tersebut, menunjukkan pelatihan dan praktek ini telah meningkatkan kapasitas kelompok tani ‘’Code Hijau Asri’’. Untuk memantau keberhasilan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi atas keberlanjutan program pengolahan hasil Ikan Lele dan Bayam Brazil dengan kunjungan langsung yang dilakukan secara periodik.Abstract: The Code Hijau Asri Farmer Group, one of the farmer groups in the city of Yogyakarta, has limitations in processing urban farming products. The results of their urban farming are Brazilian spinach and catfish. However, they cannot yet process them, including turning them into selling ideas that can increase income. The aim of the service activity is to increase the capacity of skills in producing and packaging processed catfish and spinach products for the Code Hijau Asri farmer group. Activities are carried out through training on processing urban farming products in the form of Brazilian spinach and catfish, as well as product packaging and branding. The activity method is training and practice in processing Brazilian Spinach and Catfish as well as packaging and branding skills. The "Code Hijau Asri" farmer group has 36 members and is a partner in service activities. The results of the training showed 100% satisfaction from the participants with the delivery of material and practice. In terms of participants' interest in developing their skills in processing Brazilian spinach and catfish into a culinary business, there were 75%. The results of these activities show that this training and practice has increased the capacity of the "Code Hijau Asri" farmer group. To monitor the success of training activities, monitoring and evaluation are carried out on the sustainability of the Brazilian Catfish and Spinach processing program with periodic direct visits.
