Abstract: ABSTRAK Banjir merupakan peristiwa terendamnya suatu daerah atau daratan karena volume air yang meningkat dan terjadi karena curah hujan turun terus menerus dan mengakibatkan meluapnya air sungai, danau, laut atau drainase karena jumlah air yang melebihi daya tampung media penopang air dari curah hujan (BNPB (2019), BNPB (2017).
