Pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi kepala sekolah pendidikan menengah negeri

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi kepala sekolah dalam hal pengarahan, pengambilan keputusan, dan pendelegasian wewenang serta pengembangan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen.
