Обсуждаются разные грани понятия «психологическая зрелость» личности. Представлены психологические подходы, предметом изучения которых являются различные аспекты зрелости личности, в том числе психологической зрелости, при этом единого однозначного определения на сегодняшний день не существует. В целях эмпирического изучения психологической зрелости личности, поиска путей ее развития и становления необходимо владеть терминологией, уметь дифференцировать качества зрелой личности, соотносить их со стадиями развития, понимать направления дальнейшего становления психологически зрелой личности. Руководствуясь данным умозаключением, проведен теоретический анализ психологических подходов изучения зрелой и психологически зрелой личности. Актуализированы научные представления о психологической зрелости человека с позиций отечественных и зарубежных авторов. Проанализированы различные подходы к проблеме развития зрелости. Обоснован и применен мультидисциплинарный подход к пониманию зрелости личности. Определены и сопоставлены характеристики зрелой и психологически зрелой личности в ракурсе онтогенеза. С позиций гуманистического подхода приведены черты личности, характеризующие психологически зрелого человека. Доказана стадиальность данной категории. Представлена уровневая модель становления и развития психологической зрелости личности. В заключении выделены направления развития психологически зрелой личности – внутриличностное и межличностное. Different aspects in a definition of “psychological maturity” of personality are discussed in this article. Psychological approaches are presented, the subject of which is the study of various aspects of maturity of the personality, including psychological maturity There is no single unambiguous definition. In order to experientially study the psychological maturity of the personality, to find ways of its development and formation, it is necessary to possess terminology, to be able to differentiate the qualities of the mature personality, to relate them to the stages of development, understand the directions of further development of psychologically mature personality. Guided by this rationale, a theoretical analysis of psychological approaches to the study of a mature and psychologically mature person, is performed. Scientific ideas about psychological maturity of identity from the positions of domestic and foreign authors have been updated. Various approaches to the problem of maturity’s development have been analyzed. Multidisciplinary approach to understanding maturity of personality has been substantiated and applied. The characteristics of mature and psychologically mature personality in the perspective of his/her ontogenesis have been determined and compared. From the standpoint of humanistic approach, the features of the personality that characterize the psychologically mature person, have been given. The levels of this category have been proved. The level modelling of formation and development of psychological personality’s maturity is presented. To conclude, directions of development of psychologically mature person – intrapersonal and interpersonal are shown.

The article deals with the theoretical and methodological aspects of the concepts of “maturity” and “psychological maturity” of a personality. Russian and international researchers’ psychological approaches and views on various aspects of the category “maturity” are scientifically substantiated. Interim conclusion of the study: the definition of personal “maturity” has not been fully clarified to date and requires further scientific and applied research. The concept of “psychological maturity” is reflected in the context of both ontogeny and socialization. Based on existing scientific views, the psychological components of a mature personality are defined. Psychological approaches to studying mature and psychologically mature individuals are analyzed, drawing a parallel between human and psychological maturity. This analysis systematizes the characteristics of a psychologically mature person from a humanistic perspective and presents different levels of psychological maturity. The paper also states that personal maturity is reflected in activity motives, social competence, a high level of responsibility, and a positive attitude toward society. Статья посвящена теоретико-методологическим аспектам рассмотрения понятий «зрелость» и «психологическая зрелость» личности. Научно обоснованы психологические подходы и взгляды отечественных и зарубежных исследователей на различные аспекты категории зрелости. Промежуточный вывод по проблеме исследования: на сегодняшний день дефиниция «зрелость» личности до конца не раскрыта и требует дальнейшего научного и прикладного изучения. Понятие «психологическая зрелость» отражено как в контексте онтогенеза, так и социализации. На основе существующих научных взглядов определены психологические составляющие зрелой личности. Проанализированы психологические подходы изучения зрелой и психологически зрелой личности. Проведена параллель становления зрелости человека и его психологической зрелости. С позиции гуманистического подхода систематизированы черты личности, характеризующие психологически зрелого человека. Доказана стадиальность данной категории. Представлено уровневое становление психологической зрелости личности. Доказано, что зрелость личности проявляется в мотивах деятельности, социальной компетентности, активности, в высокой степени ответственности и в сформированных внутренних позитивных установках по отношению к обществу.

целью исследования является выявление и обоснование педагогических условий, способствующих развитию речевой культуры будущего сотрудника подразделения государственных контрольных органов в процессе изучения иностранного языка в вузе. Методы: метод теоретического анализа философской и психолого-педагогической литературы, интерпретация отдельных положений существующих исследований. Результаты: В статье конкретизировано содержание понятия педагогические условия развития речевой культуры будущего сотрудника подразделения государственных контрольных органов. Автором выявлены и обоснованы педагогические условия развития речевой культуры будущего сотрудника подразделения государственных контрольных органов в процессе изучения иностранного языка в вузе на основе результатов анализа научных трудов, раскрывающих следующие положения: ценностные ориентации выступают регулятором деятельности и поведения человека; коммуникативный потенциал обусловливает позицию человека в речевом взаимодействии; речемыслительная задача выступает стимулом для продуктивной речевой деятельности. Выводы: Развитию речевой культуры будущего сотрудника подразделения государственных контрольных органов в процессе изучения иностранному языку в вузе способствует реализация следующих педагогических условий: 1) наполнение содержания обучения учебным материалом, раскрывающим значимость иностранного языка в профессиональной деятельности и ценность речевой культуры как необходимой личностно-профессиональной характеристики сотрудника, выполняющего служебные задачи в международных пунктах пропуска; 2) организация субъект-субъектного общения в учебной языковой среде; 3) применение комплекса коммуникативных задач, моделирующих ситуации иноязычного общения в профессиональной деятельности будущего сотрудника подразделения государственных контрольных органов. the purpose of study is to identify and substantiate pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of the speech culture of a future officer of the state control agencies in the process of learning a foreign language at a University. Methods: method of theoretical analysis of philosophical and psychological-pedagogical literature, interpretation of some provisions from the scientific research. Findings: The article specifies the content of the concept of pedagogical conditions for the development of speech culture of a future officer of the state control agencies. Substantiation of pedagogical conditions for the development of speech culture of a future officer of the state control agencies in the process of learning a foreign language at a university is based on the results of scientific works analysis revealing the following provisions: value orientations act as a regulator of human activity and behavior; communicative potential determines a person’s position in speech interaction; the speech-thinking task acts as a stimulus for productive speech activity. Conclusions: The development of the speech culture of a future officer of the state control agencies in the process of learning a foreign language at a university is facilitated by the implementation of the following pedagogical conditions: 1) filling the content of training with material that reveals the importance of a foreign language in professional activities and the value of speech culture as a necessary personal and professional characteristic of an employee who performs professional tasks at international checkpoints; 2) organization of subject-subject interaction in the language training environment; 3) application of a set of communicative tasks simulating situations of foreign language communication in the professional activity of a future officer of the state control agencies.
