Parity of innovation and digital economy in the Russian management system

Abstract: The article discloses the causes of the unstable state of the Russian economic system and the necessity of formation of an adequate control system. The control system adequacy is based on its ability to maintain parity of innovation and the digital economy, providing for the synergistic effect in order to achieve the maximum stability of the Russian economic system.
