Resumo: Este artigo objetiva refletir sobre as teoria Fleckiana sobre os estilos de pensamento (EP) e o coletivo de pensamento (CP) e suas implicações para uma educação ambiental holística, para tanto é preciso identificar as práticas, as concepções, as tradições e as normas que caracterizam o Coletivo de Pensamento (CP) dos (as) educadores (as) ambientais, uma vez que, cada CP apresenta uma maneira particular de ver o objeto do conhecimento e de relacionar-se com ele, o que implica em um direcionamento do olhar que orienta e pode interferir na práxis educativa e na construção de currículo para além do ambiente escolar. Portanto, é necessário que o EP e o CP sirvam como base para a construção de uma EA holística no currículo escolar e na práxis educativa docente.Palavras-chave: Educadores Ambientais.
