P70S6 kinase α and β isoforms expression in cell lines and breast tumors

Abstract: Одним з ключових ферментів активації синтезу білка у відповідь на мітогенні сигнали є р70 кіназа S6 рибосомного білка, представлена в клітині двома ізоформами-p70S6Ka та p70S6Kfi. Вперше проаналізовано експресію двох ізоформ p70S6K у ряді клітинних ліній, а також у злоякісних та доброякісних пухлинах молочної залози людини. Встановлено, що в усіх обстежених клітинних лініях раку молочної залози експресія як S6Ka, так і SbKfi підвищена.
