Osteomyelitis of the mandible as a complicating factor in paget's disease: A case report

Abstract: Paget's disease is a chronic progressive disturbance of bone metabolism, characterized by simultaneous resorption and apposition neither of which are related to functional requirement, resulting in larger amount of less dense bones that are very vascular and fragile.
