Abstract: Setores caracterizados pela distribuição do conhecimento entre seus atores têm adotado a estrutura de governança baseada em alianças estratégicas contratuais para uma série de atividades organizacionais, tais como pesquisa e desenvolvimento, manufatura, comercialização, distribuição e fornecimento.
