Over the last decades, prompt economic growth and the resulting overconsumption has deteriorated the environment in an accelerated way. This environmental deterioration has prompted academicians and practitioners to study ecological consumption behavior. E-waste and energy consumption play a major part in this environmental deterioration, which makes consumer conscious regarding their consumption pattern. In this regard, the emergence of green Information Technology (IT) enables individuals to become involved in environmental protection and sustainability programs to reduce the negative impact of IT products on the environment. This study aims to investigate individual intentions to adopt green IT products in Pakistan by the theoretical foundation of the theory of consumption values (functional value, social value, epistemic value, emotional value, and conditional value). Whereas, an additional value, i.e., the religious value, is included in the model, due to its significant impact in green consumption behavior of individuals. Cross-sectional data is used to obtain a total of 536 valid questionnaires to test the hypothesis. The Partial Least Square Modeling approach is used to test the proposed model (variance-based SEM). The results infer that functional value, social value, epistemic value, emotional value, conditional value, and religious value have significant positive impact on the consumer intention to adopt green IT products. The reasons for the results and implications for the practitioners are discussed. Furthermore, directions for future research have also been suggested.

N° 1 -VOL. 24 -2019 7 ARTICLE DE RECHERCHE Modèle théorique de projets de Green IS : une spécification des relations entre objectifs, compétences et culture environnementale RÉSUMÉ Afin d'assurer une meilleure performance environnementale, les organisations s'engagent dans diverses initiatives vertes, y compris celles impliquant les systèmes et technologies d'information.Cependant, notre compréhension des projets Green IS reste incomplète. Cette recherche vise à améliorer cette compréhension en analysant l'influence de trois facteurs sur les impacts environnementaux des projets Green IS : les objectifs environnementaux, les compétences mobilisées et la culture environnementale. Des études de cas exploratoires de sept projets de Green IS dans le secteur financier ont été réalisées, ce qui a permis l'élaboration d'un nouveau modèle théorique. Celui-ci définit une nouvelle variable, en l'occurrence la notion de perception d'un projet de Green IS. À cet égard, nous suggérons que celle-ci est influencée directement par les objectifs d'un projet et par son impact environnemental. Toutefois, ces objectifs influencent aussi indirectement les impacts dans la mesure où ils déterminent le choix des compétences mobilisées. La culture environnementale de l'organisation joue aussi un rôle à travers les programmes de sensibilisation et le renforcement de l'identité verte des membres du personnel. Nous avons constaté en la matière que même les projets marqués par l'absence d'objectifs environnementaux ou de compétences en développement durable peuvent avoir des retombées environnementales positives parce que les employés impliqués prennent des décisions plus écoresponsables. Cette recherche contribue à la réflexion scientifique en révélant les dynamiques complexes des projets de Green IS, fournissant ainsi une base pour la réalisation d'études ultérieures. The presence of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can be a solution to environment issues, one of the concepts about environment-friendly of ICTs is a Green ICT. Digital Signature in Indonesia regulated in Government Regulation No.82/2012 About System Implementation and Electronic Transaction, thats works to authentification tools and verification. By implementing of Green ICT, it's expected that the use of media such as excess paper in office will be minimized. This study looking for Green ICT solution using the Digital Signature. With the existing theory, it is expected that the implementation of Digital Signature can reduce the use of paper in the office and maximize the concept of e-Government. However, implementation of e-Government with the technology increasing the use of paper and the use of digital signature technology with high-tech encryption is felt to burden the organization, it is not same way with objective of e-Government, a budget efficiency. Therefore Digital Signature with PKCS#12 method which are issued officially by the government expected to increase paper reduction. PKCS#12 method in addition to not requiring its own infrastructure, the use of the method also does not require a lot of money to funding the Digital Signature system. AbstrakKehadiran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) menjadi sebuah solusi mengenai isu ramah lingkungan, salah satu konsep tentang TIK yang ramah lingkungan adalah Green Information and Communication Technology (Green ICT). Tanda Tangan Digital di Indonesia diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah No.82 Tahun 2012 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Sistem dan Transaksi Elektronik, yang berfungsi sebagai alat autentifikasi dan verifikasi. Dengan menerapkan Green ICT, diharapkan penggunaan media seperti kertas berlebih di lingkungan perkantoran akan semakin diminimalisir. Penelitian ini ditulis sebagai kajian dari sebuah sistem pendukung Green ICT, yaitu Tanda Tangan Digital (TTD). Dengan teori yang sudah ada diharapkan penerapan TTD dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas di lingkungan perkantoran atau lebih memaksimalkan konsep e-Government. Penggunaan TTD dengan metode PKCS#12 diharapkan dapat meningkatkan lagi pengurangan kertas, selain tidak memerlukan infrastruktur tersendiri, penggunaan dengan metode tersebut juga tidak membutuhkan biaya yang banyak Kata Kunci : TIK Hijau, Tanda Tangan Digital, PKCS#12, Pemerintahan-el Jurnal Masyarakat Telematika dan Informasi Volume: 9 No.2 (Oktober -Desember 2018) Hal.: 111-124
