Organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB), TQM and performance at the maquiladora

Abstract: Purpose -The purpose of this article is to explore the relationship between the organizational culture (organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB)), TQM practice and organizational performance of the manquiladora companies.
