making problem. The common approach involves the prioritisation of road repairs with more extensive surface damages but this does not always align with the actual repair needs. To address this, a method based on the grey correlation theory was introduced to evaluate pavement performance. This method was employed to determine the optimal maintenance time for asphalt pavements. Once the sequence was established, the ideal maintenance schedule for the pre-maintenance sections was determined using a cost–benefit model. This evaluation method is particularly useful for quantitative analyses of the influences of pavement age and traffic volume on pavement performance parameters. The results demonstrate that grey relation sorting effectively weighs the factors and provides rankings for road segments requiring maintenance. A cost–benefit analysis model was used to assess the maintenance sections. This model can guide decisions regarding pre-maintenance sections and assess pavement conditions, thus resulting in outcomes that align better with real-world situations and human judgment. These findings are expected to be valuable for the long-term maintenance of asphalt pavements.

In this paper, the development law of residual deformation of coal gangue subgrade filler is analyzed through large scale triaxial test, and the residual deformation model of coal gangue mainly sandstone and limestone is established. The purpose is to provide research basis for the applicability of coal gangue as subgrade filler. The results show that the deformation of coal gangue filler increases first and then tends to be constant under cyclic load of multiple vibration times. It is found that the Shenzhujiang residual deformation model cannot accurately predict the deformation law, and the corresponding modification is made to the residual deformation model of coal gangue filling body. Finally, according to the calculation of grey correlation degree, the influence degree of main factors of coal gangue filler on its residual deformation is sorted. Combined with the actual engineering situation represented by these main factors, it can be analyzed that the effect of packing particle density on residual deformation is greater than that of packing particle size composition.

Due to the lack of analysis on the correlation between the action stages of the overall circuit breaker spring operating mechanism, there is a significant error in the analysis of spring strength and fatigue state. Therefore, a study on the strength and fatigue model of circuit breaker energy storage springs based on SVM algorithm is proposed. Based on the composition of the circuit breaker spring operating mechanism, the stress state of the energy storage spring during the circuit breaker action process and its relationship with various mechanisms were analyzed. On the basis of adaptive improvement of the SVM algorithm, a strength and fatigue model of the circuit breaker energy storage spring was constructed. In the test results, the design model shows that the error in the stress intensity analysis of the spring mechanism used in road vehicles with different spring pull rod outer diameter settings is stable within 8.0MPa, and the error in the fatigue life factor analysis is always stable within 0.3.
