Manajemen memegang peranan sentral dalam mengelola pendidikan. Bagi pendidikan, manajemen bukanlah hal opsional, melainkan fondasi yang vital dalam upaya mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Mutu pendidikan yang dihasilkan sangat bergantung pada seberapa baik manajemen pendidikan diterapkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan mengevaluasi implementasi manajemen pendidikan di PAUD Mekarsari Gondoriyo. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh sekelompok peneliti terdiri dari tiga guru dan seorang kepala sekolah yang juga menjabat sebagai kepala PAUD. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan deskripsi kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan mencakup wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Pendekatan yang cermat dan teliti digunakan untuk menggali gambaran yang lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana manajemen pendidikan diterapkan di lembaga ini. Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data kualitatif menurut Miles dan Huberman, beberapa langkah yang dilakukan untuk menganalisis informasi, seperti: menyimpulkan informasi, menampilkan informasi dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan di PAUD Mekarsari Gondoriyo memiliki cakupan yang luas. Hal ini mencakup perencanaan pembelajaran yang cermat, pelaksanaan pendidikan yang berfokus pada interaksi positif antara guru dan anak-anak, evaluasi pendidikan yang sistematis, serta pemantauan yang berkelanjutan terhadap proses Pendidikan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang manajemen pendidikan di PAUD Mekarsari Gondoriyo, dengan mengidentifikasi aspek-aspek positif yang perlu dipertahankan dan hambatan yang perlu diatasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di lembaga ini. Kata kunci: manajemen pembelajaran; anak usia dini ABSTRACT Management plays a central role in managing education. For education, management is not optional, but a vital foundation in efforts to achieve quality education goals. The quality of education produced really depends on how well educational management is implemented. Therefore, this research aims to explore and evaluate the implementation of educational management at PAUD Mekarsari Gondoriyo. This research was conducted by a group of researchers consisting of three teachers and a school principal who also served as head of PAUD. In this research, qualitative descriptions were used. Data collection methods used include in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of related documents. A careful and thorough approach is used to explore a deeper picture of how educational management is implemented at this institution. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of digital literacy and ethics among parents with primary school-aged children in the digital era. This study employed a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The participants in this study were 54 parents with children in primary school aged 4-6 in Tasikmalaya City, West Java Province. The research instrument utilized a questionnaire adapted from government policy on digital ethics, which included four components: digital ethics, understanding of negative content, fundamental knowledge of interaction, participation, and collaboration, and basic knowledge of internet transactions. A descriptive data analysis technique was utilized to investigate the discovered data. The findings revealed that parents' understanding of digital literacy and ethics as a provision for their children's education at home was in the high category. This shows that the government's policies on digital literacy and ethics have been implemented and understood by parents. Furthermore, the functional characteristics include a high infrastructure for accessing the internet at home, demonstrating the ease of accessing the internet or digital media.

This study aims to determine the type of platform used by lecturers in learning and analyze the effectiveness of the platform as a learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey type, the source of the data is taken by using a questionnaire to 143 respondents from two universities, namely Raden Intan Islamic State University of Lampung and Metro Lampung Islamic State Institute. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software with descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis show that there are eight platforms used by lecturers as digital-based learning media, namely Zoom Cloud Meeting, Whatsapp Group, Google Classroom, Youtube Channel, Google Meet, Google Form, Facebook, and Instagram. In addition, the results of the analysis generally show that the use of digital-based platforms in the learning process is less effective. Some of the issues discovered include lack of supporting facilities that make the learning is not optimal, lack of lecturers’ ability to manage digital-based learning, and lack of learning innovation that makes the integration of technology in learning is not achieved. The results of this study can certainly be a reference for both universities in making policies, especially regarding digital-based learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.
