Recently, the zinc levels of different beverages with and without alcohol by different detection techniques such as spectrophotometry, 9,10 Xray uorescence spectrometry (XRF), 11 total reection X-ray uorescence spectrometry (TR-XRF), 12 derivative potentiometric stripping analysis (derivative PSA), 13 anodic stripping voltammetry (ASV), 14 atomic uorescence spectrometry with hydride generation (HG-AFS), 15 inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES), 16 atomic absorption spectrometry with electrothermal atomization (ET-AAS), 17 ame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) [18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25] were investigated in detail.
