Abstract: ErcanAKTAN 2 ÖzEğitimin başarılı olmasının temel etkenlerinden biri de etkili iletişim teknikleridir. Sözlü, yazılı, sanal iletişim ve beden dili aracılığı ile bireyler bu iletişim tekniğini eğitim sahasında kullanmaktadırlar. Bilgiyi bilmek farklı, onu öğrenciye aktarmak farklı bir durumdur. Eğitim ortamında öğretmen ve öğrenci arasında sağlıklı bir iletişimin sağlanması esastır. Bu sebeple eğitimin baş aktörü olan öğretmenlerin iletişimi çok iyi bilmesi ve bunu öğrencileri eğitmede kullanması gerekmektedir. … Show more
