Observations on the surgical treatment of otitis externa in the dog

Abstract: Observations have been made on the surgical treatment of otitis externa in the dog. The indications for surgical treatment and the choice of operative procedure are discussed. Special consideration is given to the postoperative care of the wound which in this series consists of the topical application of sulphanilamide powder.
