Diabetes mellitus type 2 can be defined as a syndrome of multiple etiologies and currently, it is estimated that in the world exists about 150 million patients with DM, and that number could double until 2025. Non-adherence to treatment is a difficulty in effective assistance to individuals. This study aims to understand the factors related to non-adherence to oral hypoglycemic drug in patients with type 2 mellitus diabetes It is an integrative review, held in the databases SciELO, PubMed, MEDLINE and LILACS, using the descriptors DeCS (MeSH) -Descriptors in Health Sciences: medication adherence, type 2 diabetes and chronic disease. The selection respected inclusion/exclusion criteria previously listed considering the last six years. 108 articles of which 18 met the criteria were identified. Among the factors that are related to medication accession are: gender, age, education, income, information about the disease and the medication, comorbidities, side effects and the time of diagnosis. It become necessary in health education strategies to take into consideration the various personal differences.

Abstract"A compra do latão", de Bertolt Brecht, é um texto limite entre arte dramática e teoria. Pode-se dizer que a peça, ao "representar" as "realidades" do fazer teatral, apresenta, sugestiva e exemplarmente, a habilidade da arte em promover conhecimento, destacando ainda o saber diferenciado que propicia. Não se está a observar o cotidiano do teatro, mas uma apresentação desse cotidiano; não temos um observador que nos relata o que vê, mas sim personagens que falam a partir dos lugares (pontos de vista) construídos para elas. Em seu diálogo teatral, Brecht propõe um diálogo filosófico.Arte Dramática. Teoria. Conhecimento. Dramatic Art. Theory. Knowledge."The Messingkauf dialogues" by Bertolt Brecht is a boundary between dramatic art and theory. It can be said that the play, by "representing" the "realities" of the theatrical performance, presents, suggestively and exemplarily, the art's ability to promote knowledge, highlighting the differentiated knowledge it provides. One is not observing the daily of the theater, but a presentation of this daily life; We do not have an observer who tells us what he sees but rather characters who speak from the places (points of view) built for them. In his theatrical dialogue, Brecht proposes a philosophical dialogue.
