Construção social da demanda em saúde: como a oferta modela a demanda?

(BRAZ, 2013;MAFRA, 2010) Nesse modo de produção o trabalhador vende ao capitalista sua força de trabalho que passa ter valor de uso, e com a produção deste valor satisfaz suas necessidades. O produto do trabalho humano é a mercadoria, que sempre é expressa na forma de valor, alternadamente valor de troca e valor de uso.…”

“…As necessidades estão presentes em toda a sociedade, fazem parte da vida cotidiana e subjetivamente podem ser expressas como desejos ou carências. (HELLER, 1986;MAFRA, 2010) De acordo com essa definição de desejos e carências, podemos dizer que a saúde é um desejo, pois os indivíduos a manifestam, de formas diversas, de acordo com suas experimentações diárias, sua cultura, suas crenças. E também é uma carência, ou seja, algo que falta ao sujeito, e demanda-se modernamente ao Estado para que sejam satisfeitas, na forma de políticas, ações e serviços de saúde.…”
