Nursing Diagnoses of hospitalized patients with heart failure: a longitudinal study

Abstract: Objective: Identifying Nursing Diagnoses of fatigue, activity intolerance and decreased cardiac output in hospitalized patients with heart failure and verifying the association between the defining characteristics and the Nursing Diagnoses.
