Objectives: to describe the process of construction and validation of an educational booklet to promote bonding between mothers and newborns in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Methods: methodological study developed through data collection in the literature and with the target audience; construction of the booklet; qualification of the material through validation by judges (health and communication experts/designer) and assessment by the target audience (mothers of at-risk newborns). Data were analyzed descriptively. Results: booklet content was validated, obtaining an overall Content Validity Index of 0.92. Appearance was rated “Superior” with 80% percentage. Mothers performed an assessment with 100% agreement between the items. Conclusions: the booklet was validated in all domains assessed and can be used by mothers with children hospitalized in the Neonatal Unit.
Objetivo: caracterizar a produção científica que utiliza teorias de enfermagem a partir de teses realizadas por enfermeiros no Brasil.Método: estudo bibliométrico realizado no Banco de Teses da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento Pessoal de Nível Superior e na Plataforma Sucupira, em novembro de 2019. Foram selecionadas 63 teses lidas na íntegra para fichamento e extração de aspectos de interesse, a seguir: ano, universidade, autor, orientador, programa, teoria, modo de aplicação, tipo de estudo, natureza e temática.Resultados: o maior número de produções aconteceu em 2016 com 16 (25,4%) teses, com destaque para o Nordeste com 31 (49,2%). A teoria mais utilizada foi a Teoria do Cuidado Transcultural em oito (12,7%), com a temática mais investigada sendo o cuidado em 12 (13%) teses.Conclusão: a inclusão das teorias de enfermagem no ensino e na pesquisa ainda se mantêm obscuras. Pretende-se dar visibilidade à temática e sugerir o aprofundamento na discussão.

RESUMO Objetivo: apresentar uma tecnologia educativa em Enfermagem, voltada para adolescentes, acerca da vacinação contra o HPV, baseada no modelo de promoção da saúde de Nola Pender. Método: estudo qualitativo, descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência, acerca da criação e aplicação de uma tecnologia educacional composta por duas estratégias de ensino sobre a vacina contra o Papilomavírus Humano. A pesquisa foi realizada em escolas municipais, vinculadas à Estratégia de Saúde da Família, com adolescentes dos nove aos 13 anos. A amostra foi constituída por 157 adolescentes. Resultados: intervenções de Enfermagem baseadas em conhecimento científico e teórico demonstram-se efetivas em relação às atividades tradicionais repassadas de forma vertical e sem interação. Conclusão: o uso de tecnologias educacionais promoveu impacto positivo na aquisição/apropriação de conhecimento pelos adolescentes estudados e sinaliza a necessidade de se investir em tecnologias educacionais eficazes que primem pela autonomia do adolescente no processo de tomada de decisão. ABSTRACTObjective: to present an educational technology in Nursing, directed at adolescents, about vaccination against HPV, based on the Nola Pender health promotion model. Method: qualitative, descriptive study of the experience report about the creation and application of an educational technology composed of two teaching strategies on the Human Papillomavirus vaccine. The research was carried out in municipal schools, linked to the Family Health Strategy, with adolescents from nine to 13 years old. The sample consisted of 157 adolescents. Results: Nursing interventions based on scientific and theoretical knowledge are effective in relation to traditional activities that are transferred vertically and without interaction. Conclusion: the use of educational technologies promoted a positive impact on the acquisition / appropriation of knowledge by the adolescents studied and indicates the need to invest in effective educational technologies that emphasize the autonomy of the adolescent in the decision making process.
