A auditoria é uma fonte independente de informação, cobrindo todos os processos que compõem um sistema de garantia de qualidade. Nessa direção, este estudo teve por objetivo principal analisar a produção científica sobre auditoria na saúde suplementar e por objetivos específicos identificar os principais temas presentes na produção científica e discutir possíveis aproximações e distanciamentos nas pesquisas que foram objeto da análise. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura que adotou a técnica de análise de conteúdo temática. Foram analisadas as produções presentes na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações-BDTD, na base de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde-LILACS e na biblioteca virtual Scientific Electronic Library Online-SciELO. Foram identificados quatorze estudos e os temas que emergiram da análise destas pesquisas foram: melhoria da qualidade em saúde e redução de custos. Concluiu-se que enquanto alguns estudos destacaram que a melhoria da qualidade em saúde e a redução de custos podem ser consideradas ações complementares, outras produções apontaram relações de tensão e até mesmo antagônicas que surgem entre estes dois elementos.

Critical conditions as one of the main focused in hospital care. This condition required rapid, comprehensive and quality management that carried out by nurses especially in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. This condition caused pressure on the nurse and causes stress. This stress can be overcome by complementary and alternative therapy in the form of mindfulness meditation. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of mindfulness meditation therapy in reducing stress on nurses in ICU and ICCU. This study is quasy experiment research design through one group pretest posttest approach with respondents were 14. The results of this study indicated that there was decreased in stress before and after intervention with p-value=0000 and stress before and 1 week after intervention with p-value=0.001. Mindfulness therapy can reduce nurse stress.

Introduction: In recent years, patient safety has become one of the greatest concerns of organizations and health care providers. Nurses play a key role in providing safe and high quality cares in all units of the hospital, both general and Intensive Care Units.Objective: This study aimed to compare the performance of nurses from the viewpoint of nurses in providing safe care to patients in the Intensive care and general units of Aja hospitals in 2018. Materials and Methods:This is a descriptive cross-sectional study in which nurses' performance in general and special wards was assessed using the Assessment of Safe Nursing Care Questionnaire (ASNC) with 32 questions and four dimensions of mental, physical, nursing skills and teamwork. Data were analyzed using SPSS 19. The significance level was less than 0.05. Results:The results have shown no significant difference between the safe performance of nurses in special and general wards. Also, there was no significant relationship between the type of hospital wards, sex, employment status, work shift, participation in the workshop and safe operation of nurses (P>0.05). There was a significant relationship between the type of wards and the nurse's performance in terms of physical and nursing skills (P<0.05); however, there was no significant relationship between the type of department and the nurse's performance in the mental health and nursing teamwork dimension (P>0.05). Discussion and Conclusion:Since nurses' caring performance in ICUs is not so perfect, it is suggested that more planning be done for the improvements.
