Novel fluorescent liquid crystals: synthesis, mesomorphism and fluorescence of triphenylene-Bodipy derivatives based on 1,3,5-triazine core

Abstract: The chemical reagents were obtained from Aladdin L.L.C. and used without further purification.TLC detection was performed on pre-coated glass plates. Silica gel (200-300 mesh) was used for column chromatography. NMR spectra were perfurmed on a Bruker-ARX 600 instrument at 26 o C. MS spectra were obtained on Bruker mass spectrometer.
