Notas sobre a relação entre constituintes prosódicos e a ortografia

Abstract

This paper deals with the relationship between orthographic system and phonological system of Portuguese based on analyzes of texts produced by adults in the beginning of writing acquisition process. It is considered non-conventional segmentation data of writing words which are characterized as results of conflicting solutions given by the writer when produces different alternatives of graphic registration. It is formulated hypothesis that could explain theses solutions and it is argued that these data are relevant to language studies because they can be seen as cues of (i) writer circulation though oral and literacy practices, (ii) how writer segments his representations of reality and language, and (iii) learning process of writing word following the orthographic conventions.
