New Estimation Methods of Bacterial Concentration by Measuring ATP Changes during Incubation.

Abstract: New estimation methods of bacterial cell concentration in samples by measurement of the increase in bacterial adenosine-triphosphate (ATP) content during incubation using a conventional firefly luminometer were established.
