Neue Derivate der p‐Amino‐salicylsäure (PAS) mit tuberkulostatischer Wirkung

N 18.26 In soda-alkalischer Losung kuppelt die Diazo-Saure rnit a-Naphthol bei Raumtemperatur sehr langsarn, schneller beim Erwarmen, unter Bildung eines tief rotvioletten Niederschlags. Die R e d u k t i o n der Diazobarbitursaure fiihrt je nach den Bedingungen zu verschiedenen Produkten, die hier nicht naher beschrieben werden sollen. Durch Erwarrnen rnit uberschiiss. Dithionit in atzalkal. Losung entsteht Urarnil, das durch Vergleich rnit einem Kontroll-Praparat und verschiedene Reaktionen, unter anderern durch Uberfiihrung in die charakteristische Pseudoharnsaure mittels Kaliumcyanats, identifiziert wurde.Mit D i m e t h y l s u l f a t 1aOt sich Diazobarbitursaure (in sodaalkal. Losung, vorsichtige Zugabe von Lauge) glatt in 1 . 3 -D i m e t h y l -8diazo-b a r b i t u r s a u r e verwandeln, die am Wasser in derben, stark lichtbrechenden, farblosen Prismen vorn Schmp. 165O kristallisiert. Zersetzung unter Stickstoff-Abspaltung tritt erst uber 210° ein. Die methylierte Verbindung ist auch in Athanol, Aceton und Chloroform ziernlich loslich.

Thioureas
