“…First, the electron-transporting property of the ZnO and the ZnO@APTMS films was studied through space-charge-limited current (SCLC) measurements using an electron-only device with a structure of ITO/Al/ZnO (ZnO@APTMS)/Al. As shown by Figure (c), these two J–V curves were fit well by the SCLC mode with a typical ohmic contact region and a SCLC region, and the trapped space charge region was absent due to the trap-free space-charge-limited current behavior of these electron-only devices . Thus, the corresponding electron mobilities of the ZnO and ZnO@APTMS films could be calculated from the SCLC region according to the Mott–Gurney SCLC equation: where ε r , ε 0 , μ e , and d are the relative dielectric constant of the materials, the vacuum dielectric constant, the electron mobility, and the film thickness, respectively.…”

“…The term "Middle lamella" is considered for the region at the interface of two cells. Technical fibres or single fibres are the common terminologies used for the bundles of elementary fibres (27) . From Figure 5, it is observed that the overlapping of the cells appears in a longitudinal view of the fibres.…”

“…In the outer portion of the bundle, some fibre pull-out is detected whilst at the centre pull-out is https://www.indjst.org/ not visible that much which directs the presence of adequate binding material (commonly lignin). Additionally, all fibre cells have not fractured at the equal stress level probably due to cell wall defects existing along the fibre length which can generate stress intensities leading to ultimate failure (27) . The SEM images of okra fibres are very much similar to the SEM images of other bast fibres.…”

“…In solid dosage forms they have been employed as excipients in the delivery systems with a modified release. With these oral systems, a targeted release of the active ingredient in the distal segment of the gastrointestinal tract can be achieved [1][2][3][4][5][6]. One of these polysaccharides is chitosan, whose safety, nontoxicity, biocompatibility, and biodegradability predetermine it for biomedical applications [7].…”
