Multigigabit/second silicon decision circuit

Abstract: IMPLEMENTATIONS OF MONOLITHIC decision circuits for multigigabit communication systems have been based, in the main, on GaAs technology"'. Recently, a silicon decision circuit using a 0.5p bipolar process3 was reported.
