The article deals with the issue of energy efficiency of enclosing structures and residential buildings in General. Since the issue under consideration is raised in the XXI century, for its consideration and more detailed study, the author turns to cyberphysical systems, which at the moment in Russia, in comparison with foreign countries, are on the initial path of formation, which allows you to quickly and fully integrate new original domestic developments and make it possible to read heat loss indicators in real time from sensors that will be installed on the considered enclosing structures in order to increase reliability and energy efficiency.
The author uses the theoretical level of scientific knowledge, which is associated with the predominance of mental activity, with the understanding of empirical materials and their comparison. In order to compare energy efficiency indicators, the author provides indicators of Russia and foreign countries.
The author of the article focuses on the huge heat loss of residential buildings through enclosing structures, which leads to a huge consumption of conventional fuel and energy, and also makes you think about choosing more rational enclosing systems and creating a single airtight circuit.
The article presents various types of facade systems (traditional, plaster, ventilated, translucent and adaptive facade systems), which are considered from the point of view of energy efficiency and labor intensity during installation. The main criterion of which is the heat engineering calculation performed in accordance with the current standards on the basis of which the operating costs and payback period are determined
