The logistics of cruise ship construction are complex, with an extended period, many participants, and a stringent node control. The resulting occupational health and safety risks have more risks and uncertainties. If it is not identified and controlled, it will lead to low efficiency of logistics management in the construction stage, leading to chain breaking and going out of control. In response to this situation, this article proposes an improved intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS decision model to evaluate occupational health and safety risks in cruise ship construction. First, based on field research and interviews, risk sources and risk evaluation criteria are determined, and experts are given different weights based on the relative importance of decision-making experts. Then, to reduce the ambiguity and uncertainty of the risk source information, the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic average operator is used to aggregate the judicial opinions of experts to obtain the intuitionistic fuzzy aggregate decision risk matrix. To improve the accuracy of risk assessment results, subjective weight and objective weight are comprehensively considered. The stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis (SWARA) method is used to determine the subjective weight of the evaluation criteria, and the normal distribution method is used to determine the objective weight of the evaluation criteria. According to the relative closeness coefficient of each risk source to the positive-ideal solution, the ranking of the risk sources is obtained. Finally, taking a cruise ship construction as an example, the risk sources of occupational health and safety are sorted, sensitivity analysis is carried out and compared with other methods, and the targeted risk control measures are put forward, which verifies the effectiveness and correctness of the improved intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS decision model.

The initial assumption within this paper is that successful implementation of business process management (BPM) practice in the apparel industry organizations depends on a set of priority steps and activities shaped by the specific characteristics of the apparel industry. The apparel industry is considered to be particularly specific because it has a labor-intensive and creative character, it is necessary to acquire certain professional knowledge and skills, the female workforce force is dominant, and micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) are present in the largest number. The aim of this paper is to perform prioritization and categorization of BPM practice establishment activities, based on the highlighted specifics, by integrating analytic hierarchy process (AHP), weighted aggregates sum product assessment and ABC analysis. The result showed that group A consists of 12 key activities, the first of which is the definition of process roles and responsibilities.

, student doktorskih studija Apstrakt: Savremeno poslovanje nosi sa sobom veliki broj izazova, a posebno poslovanje u okviru radno-intenzivnih i resursno-intenzivnih delatnosti u koje spada i proizvodnja odevnih proizvoda. Usled takve prirode rada u okviru odevne industrije javljaju se različita pitanja koja zahtevaju primenu aktivnosti korporativne društvene odgovornosti. Iako se i dalje nailazi na primere neetičke prakse u poslovanju, mnoge velike kompanije koje se bave proizvodnjom odevnih predmeta ulažu napore i značajne resurse u sprovođenje društveno odgovornih poslovnih aktivnosti. Njihovim stopama moraju poći i mala i srednja preduzeća. Ona moraju razviti svest o uticajima trenutne poslovne prakse na stejkholdere i životnu sredinu u kojoj posluju. A zatim uneti promene u poslovnoj praksi koje će obezbediti aktivno angažovanje na smanjenju negativnih uticaja, eksternih, ali i internih, koji se prvenstveno odnose na uticaje na zaposlene, a koji se nipošto ne smeju zanemariti. U okviru ovog rada pristupa se razmatranju primene društveno odgovorne poslovne prakse, prirode aktivnosti korporativne društvene odgovornosti ali i specifi čnost njihove primene od strane malih i srednjih preduzeća koja posluju u okviru odevne industrije. Ključne reči: aktivnosti korporativne društvene odgovornosti, etička poslovna praksa, MSP, odevna industrija.
